Added 2025-03-05 20:30:44 +0000 UTCjaneway and I are home, carried her in 2 hours ago and set her on one of the many doggy beds with a blanket [she's still totally drugged up]
the procedure went well, but as abn older girl she's taking quite a long time to metabolize the zzz stuff they gave her

I deleted the original post about what happened to her because I just really value my privacy
thanks to everyone for the well wishes and the help you gave us. she is recovering well [at the point of writing this it's been 4 days post operation]
thanks again for all the support and love and I'm just glad she's okay
