After the critical response to the last chapter, I wanted to be sure this one was up to par, but god damn did it take time. I wrote 41k words across 7 drafts that I all hated, and this is the only one I (kind-of) like. Each one had something dumb or contrived, but I think I got this one maybe? You can be the judge.

And yeah, Lee had kinda been treating his party members like game characters, instead of people, so this being a proper realization is a good thing. Anyway, will be patiently waiting for it to be posted to SpaceBattles.
