all the saves from Book 1 are called .sav, the saves from book 2 are called .sav2, and the book 3 saves are called sav3. To use the end of Book 2 save in book 3, start a new game, and say "I have an existing save". That'll load you Act11.sav2 and start a new book 3 playthrough with it.

2022-09-30 15:19:29 +0000 UTCJust tried the 0.1.7 Linux version, and it was missing all my saves. I checked the save path, and it was correct (in fact: several memories did still show up). After starting a new game, I noticed a new file at the save location (player.sav3 if I remember correct, already removed it), so I tried copying my quick.sav2 file to quick.sav3. I could now load my last quicksave. However, that quicksave turned out to be incomplete; no active quests, no realm quests, and I couldnt find any of the NPC's in their usual haunts. I removed all recent files from my save folder (hopefully resetting it thus), but am stomped as what to do now. Got any suggestions?
2022-09-30 12:27:55 +0000 UTCJust replayed the RTM/Steam version of Books I & II. Incredible work! Will look at what you have so far for Book III in the next few days. Any chance we'll get the Jalsa encounter back as we see if we can do things better in book III? The events in Book II work without that scene and I would not miss it if I had never seen it...but I have seen it and it would be great for it to come back for book III
