One more event to go
Added 2020-04-23 09:12:41 +0000 UTCThis little animation was orginally supposed to be a static image for the ending of Act IV. But the recent work I've been doing on AE inspired me to go further. As usual the workflow for this was DAZ -> Spine -> AfterEffects. For effects, the big element here is Saber (a free plugin from Video Copilot), which I love to abuse.
Today's build brings us to Thursday afternoon, of week 3 and leaves me with one big timeline event, before the end of the act begins. Having said that, the ending is probably the most ambitious chunk of storytelling I've done so far, and includes a number of video snippets (like above) used to tell sub-sets of the various scenes. We'll see if I can pull it off to be at least something *close* to what it was in my head :)
