Detox time

Hello friends , today i wanna show you what i start to try from 2 days . So i try to start to detox my body with different fruits and vegetables smothie .
how i do them ? Important is all smothie to have a liquid like : coconut milk , almond milk , etc . Or water  . 😊

Vegetables and greens for smoothies

  - you can choose from carrots, spinach, cucumbers, celery, lettuce, parsley, etc.  All are suitable for a healthy smoothie;

Smoothie fruits

 - You can choose between berries, mangoes, pineapples, bananas, apples, melons, cherries, peaches, apricots, avocados, etc.

Frozen fruit suitable for a smoothie

 - You can freeze eco fruits in the fall and use them over the winter to prepare delicious smoothies.  Blackberries, plums, pears, blueberries, grapes, quinces or pineapple are just some of the fruits that allow freezing;


 Smoothie seeds

 - Flax or chia seeds are perfect in smoothie recipes.  In addition to seeds, however, you can also add ingredients such as oatmeal, which will help you digest;

You can add some flavour like : vanilla etc . 

And you can Add some sweetnes like honey or maple syrup if you like sweet smoothie .
