HELP YOGA EXERCISE FOR IMMUNITY ?

Hello friends , i was missed you !
Tonight because it s this virus here with us , i m thinking to make a post for immunity because as long as we have good immunity, we can cope with this virus. In fact yoga is a way by which our immunity will be at the peerfect level.
  So few pose what like us immunity are :
 -Forward Fold (Uttanasana)
-Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani)

- Sitting and Breathing (Sukhasana and Pranayama)


 These are few pose who everybody can do it . 

 Besides, with this virus, we are getting more stressed, so don't forget to meditate, try to meditate 30 minutes a day, even when you feel charged with negative energy .
