What are the activities I use to get rid of stress? πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Hello people , i would love today to tell You few activites what make me to relax ! πŸ’• 
1 . I can say that the first activity that makes me relax is to lie on my back anywhere: in bed, in the park on the grass and be quiet. It is an activity that loads me with a lot of energy and with all this I only have a moment with me!
2 .The second is fitness, of course, it is an activity that relieves stress and relaxes me to some extent. I can say that I am more relaxed after my own training.
3 . To read a book, this relaxes me and at the same time enrich my knowledge (depending on what kind of book I read).
4 . To watch movies, or TV shows. This happens almost every night before I fall asleep. I love watching movies!
5. One of the activities that relaxes me is to travel, any kind of trip! At this moment I like to drive, so I prefer the trips I take!πŸ’• 
These are few and the important activites i do when i m stressed  and i wanna go away the stressful ! ❀️

Hi Kris, To put away stress I need physical activities : long walk (several kilometers) ; workout or cardio. I love reading or watching movies but it's better if I am in no stress before beginning it. Kind regards and love
