WHAT ARE MY BREAKFAST ? HEALTHY , EASY AND TEASTY ! πŸ₯§

Hello everyoane , i hope everything is well and you start good your week .πŸ’•
So , today i will love to talk with you about my breakfast , what i eat , and why . 
I will let you also some picture with my breakfast . 
 1 BREAKFAST 
2 slices of bread without gluten 
20 g peanut butter 
1 shake protein 

2 BREAKFAST 
PROTEIN PENCAKES 
2 EGGS 
50 g oat
1 bananna 
Almond milk 
Peanut butter 
Maple syrup 

3 BREAKFAST 
PORIDGE OATMEAL 
Poridge OAT
Water 
Rom essence ( you can use what kind you like it )
Cinnamon 
Peanut butter 
Maple Syrup
       And Protein Shake 

So these are my favorite BREAKFASTS ,what can i see about them is in all i have all macronutrients i needed , like protein , fat , carb . 
And don t forget it s very healty for your digestion , in every day to consume fibre :) .
