Today I want to talk about my yoga workout. Why do I do it?

What do I do when I do yoga? Well, usually when I have my legs training day, I do legs training. When I have full body, I do full body or when I want to do a short stretch.
So yoga workouts can help you lose weight, tone your body, build endurance, but also find deep relaxation. Yoga can be a combination for body and soul.
So with yoga workouts you can work on any part of the body, including the mind.
