Today I would like to have a little discussion about every action we have to have a healthy lifestyle. 🥇 

We have 2 options: What everyone thinks is important, and what is really important to reach our goal.
FIRST OPTION: What everyone thinks!
-We all think that:
DIET   30%
CARDIO 60% 
EVERYTHING ELSE 10%
BUT NO ! THAT IS TOTALLY MISTAKE ! 


WHAT IS FACT IMPORTANT?


DIET 50 %

First of all, if we do not have a proper diet, we certainly will not reach the desired results any movement we do! So ..
CARDIO 5 %
Cardio training is first and foremost beneficial for the vascular cardio system, improves brain function and can relieve stress.
SLEEP 15 % 

Sleep is much more important than we imagine, if our body and mind are not rested, no matter how hard we work, we will not have the same results. To have good results, sleep is very important, it is recommended to sleep at least 7 hours a night! In fact, if you want to sleep in the afternoon it is advisable to sleep only 45 minutes, it is enough for the body to recover its energy that the body needs.
LIFT WEIGHT 30 %

Of course, type training: lifting weights is very good because, we tone our body, at the same time we burn calories and we can get rid of the extra kilos with this type of workout.
