π Hello friends , i hope your week start good , all my week has been full and besides this I have a news, Monday I will go to Holland . But soon I will keep you updated on what I will do there!
Today I want to talk about stretching and its importance in our daily routine.
So what is the importance of stretching?
- First of all, stretching is very important because it puts our blood in motion.
- It stretches our muscles and in fact relaxes us.
- Stretching improves posture and eliminates certain discomforts in certain areas such as: back, lumbar, spine, etc.
- It will help you correct muscle imbalances and will help you perform the exercises correctly, thus helping you to perform and reduce risk of accidents .
- It improves your blood circulation, and will provide your muscles with the necessary nutrients and will eliminate the efficiency of muscle tissue wastes.
- Stretching increases body temperature, stimulates the nervous system and flexibility.
Avoid any sudden movement during stretching to prevent muscle tightness!
