➡️ Because we are on the verge of holidays and because we encounter the problem "not to gain extra kg" I thought I would tell you some tricks that I also use during these times.
1 . Try everything you eat or "taste" to the limit.
2 . The same is true for alcoholic beverages, because we all know that alcohol is one of the sources that will "help" us to put on extra kg very quickly.
3 . I will try to replace some products, such as, if now I eat popcorn = fat, on the threshold of holidays instead of the portion of popcorn I will eat a piece of cake.
4 . Still try to hydrate yourself quite a lot with water.
5 . Besides, you can try the small diet 8/16, which means that 8 hours in that day you eat, and then the next 16 you can drink only water. It is very efficient in vacations and in situations like this.
6. If time allows, do not hesitate to make a little movement, any kind of movement is welcome. And for the simple fact that you take a walk in the park, it is perfect!
