I will present a paragraph from my book on cardio training .
No cardio workout is better than another. Now it just depends on the goal you have!
Post cardio is the cardio that is best to do in the morning before eating something, it can be done as a HIIT or LISS type training, depending on your preferences.
HIIT is a short but breathable workout. HIIT helps you burn more fat long after the session.
This type of training generates a lot of oxygen both during training and after.
Cardiac Intensity (LISS) With steady state low intensity play. The heart rate should be 50% -60%
A workout of this type is 20-60 min. LISS training is very good for cardiovascular but also mental health. But at the same time it allows you to lose calories.
