🧘🏻♀️It is a post that I have long wanted to write .Because I want to share with you how I managed to find myself through yoga! The way I managed to relax and connect with the universe!
How did I get started? I started this at a time in my life when I was pretty hectic, and I didn't know it was my way.And at that moment, what I was doing was looking at youtube.
As I usually document myself, and by chance I saw a yoga video that fascinated me very much. And I started to document myself and start practicing different positions, and then I even started training.
You may not have known until now, but one of my activities is also a freelancer on the fiverr, and there during that time, a person asked me to help him with some yoga footage from his own book, which seemed to me an extraordinary thing, what attracted me even more to continue practicing and learning more yoga.
And now is the time when I will tell you what yoga means to me. Yoga for me means mental and inner peace. It means the moment with myself, in which I meditate and the relaxation I feel is one that only at that moment I feel! It is a moment when in the room where you are quiet or it is a soothing song (sound of water), you put yourself in the comfortable position for yourself and take a deep breath, that's when you want to meditate.
In case you want to do a workout for weight loss, for toning or to cure an illness, the movements will be slow and precise.
From my point of view yoga is a method where you can heal yourself both outside and inside.I wish you would try this too, and tell me if you found yourself practicing yoga.
