To get the Discount you do have to cancel membership and then you will see the discounted tiers then for when you resub, unfortunately patreon has it setup this way but ive Extended the discount to Rank 2,3,4 and until 9th Feb. CODE 99346

2025-01-09 12:55:24 +0000 UTCIt's also really stupid that when you cancel a subscription, you keep all the benefits until the sub runs out but it shows you as a "free member" and doesn't show how long you keep the benefits (except for during cancellation ofc)

Seems to be focused on promos to get new members more than loyalty discounts. Discount doesn't show up when you cancel, it only shows up when your membership expire (aka, user is no longer a "paid active member". Even if the creator refunds the subscription, you're still considered a paid active member until it naturally expires.

2025-01-09 06:45:46 +0000 UTCIve had this issue with another creator so: Discounts only applies to new members and only for the first payment. If I want to change to tier 2, it is showing me 10$/month. The only way I was able to get a discount was when I cancelled my membership, waited until my membership ran out... THEN I was able to see discounted prices because I was no longer a member.
