So minor spoilers that the anime left out of later season (you've been warned, lol) but at this time there are 3 "people" in Nazarick who could beat Shaltear 1 v 1. Ainz himself, Gargantua, Guardian of the Fourth Floor, who has the highest base stats of all Floor Guardians (though a big part depends on WHERE the fight takes place), and Albedo's youngest sister Rubedo, the most powerful being in all of Nazarick, an NPC SO strong that the best 1 v 1 fighter in Nazarick, Touch Me, couldn't beat her.

(This won't be explained if you didn't understand and you can already know this so no spoiler.)
