Proceeds to skip over the new chuunin exam (221-226) More importantly, I think at 27:00, it was not only about how much it was impacting him, but he might also have been trying to gather up the courage to go with the Kages' Plan of taking him out before it becomes a problem...and being unable to go through with it.
