2024-05-23 04:28:41 +0000 UTCSince Kawaki is the deuteragonist of the Boruto (just like Sasuke in OG Naruto) but got introduced so late in the anime that's why they decide to give him the best introduction for a character. The animator are all veteran from Naruto Shippuden (they animated the Kakashi vs Obito and Naruto vs Sasuke end valley round 2, etc), so if you look carefully you can see some similar shots. This episode's art style is like in the manga so that's why looks so different. Also I believe it's okay to watched OP8 you missed since Kawaki formally got his debut...It's a really hype song with bunch of call backs~~
