Yeah because you skipped the first arc its a news for you that orochimaru has a kid. You also missed some of boruto’s eye power abilities, you better go back and watch it. And sasuke being away because he cares for his family is not an excuse, he’s constantly being followed by enemies and he doesn’t want them to finds out he has family in the village thats why he can’t go home sarada is an easy target for sasuke’s enemies.
