In some filler and in movies it was shown that Minato has Sage Mode. There are half cannon fillers :D

2023-12-07 12:59:23 +0000 UTCIt was implied he knows how to use it but hasn't used it yet. I'm assuming he hasn't bcuz he was using the 9 tails chakra. Since he lost it trying to give it to naruto, sage mode was all he had left.
