2023-10-15 14:50:30 +0000 UTCEpisode 5: -Martial Souls that are living things, like the Blue silver plant or Xiao Wu’s rabbit are always based on Soul beasts that actually exist in the world. -When tang san moved fast and had the visual effect of the “doubles” following him, that is a Xuan Tian Martial art we saw in EP 1, it’s called “ghostly trace” -A bit confusing: the girls name is “Xiao Wu”, but Xiao is also a term of endearment used for younger kids, especially girls, sometimes pets. A bit like the Japanese “Chan”. Xiao Wu called Tang San “Xiao San” :D -What Master is saying is that Blue Silver plant is compatible with most/all types of soul rings. Normally, if you have f.e. a dragon soul, you could only add Soul rings from Dragontype soul beasts to your martial soul.

2023-10-13 20:46:58 +0000 UTCNotes episode 2: the “rock” in the village is a statue to remember the soul master who was born in the village, who reached Spirit Saint rank ( lvl 70-80).You can tell how BIG of a deal that is, they named the whole village in his honor. -Every person has a martial soul, but you need soul power to be able to cultivate and become a soul master. The kids in the village had none, sadge.Tang San was born with full soul power, meaning he is level 10 from the start and thus can’t improve without a soul ring. The higher your “starting” soul level, the faster you can cultivate in the future, that’s why almost every soul master born with full soul power turns out to be goated -MF called the martial souls a stand haha ... pretty accurate tbh. :D -martial souls are inherited but can mutate too, this is very important -Blue Silver Plant is considered useless because... it’s just a weed? :D basically. Even if you have the sickle, sickles are inherently sharp. Blue silver plant doesn’t have any inherent use. -“everybody wants smoke in this show” YES. Just you wait... :D Episode 3: -Omg I LOVE how important everything here is later on, the show is so goated omg -Yes Tang Hao is a shitty dad :D -The hammering Tang hao used in the smithy wasn’t amplified by anything, the visual effect was just for show I guess. He DID use a hammering technique, but that’s just a skill anyone (even without soul power) could theoratically learn -The tang clan of the previous world was the best at Assassination, Poison, “Hidden Weapons” and Xuan Tian martial arts (like the purple demon eye, Mysterious Jade hand and Ghostly Trace we saw in EP1). This makes Tang San super based, dude loves poison and killing. :D
