I completely understand where you are coming from as I am also experiencing burnout and am in my third week now.. Its hard but you need to make sure that your taking time for yourself to just relax and recharge both the body and the mind especially with everything going on.. Even if you need to reduce the volume of content you are putting out just slightly for a few weeks we would understand.. If people don't understand then they aren't worth your time sorry to say.. Things are hard for everyone and stress comes in all forms. Hope you feel better soon and just take a day at a time until you get through it x ❤️

I have found that no matter how much you love something, you will always need to take time away from it, otherwise it is very likely that love will turn to hate. Never be afraid to take some time off for your mental/physical health. In my opinion, anybody who isn't understanding about that needs to grow up. I know you only touched on food a bit, but if you ever need some ideas for meals ask your community. Could be a great way to try new things and connect with the community. When I got married, my husband and I asked for family/favorite recipes instead of gifts because I was much the same way; the same 3-4 meals rotated every other week (I make big meals so they last us a few days). It has been fun to try the recipes that we were given and I have been asked several times if we have tried a specific recipe and get to connect with that person on our experience making/trying their recipe. Also, I am pretty scatter-brained myself, but I find that writing really helps. I don't know if everybody did this or not, but when I was in school we did "free writing" in class where we literally took 1-2 minutes to just write anything that came to mind. I also like making lists of things that I would like to get done, even I don't get through the whole list, it feels like an accomplishment to be able to check something off of it every day. Anyways, thanks for reading and I hope that you start feeling better soon.❤

If you feel like you need a break, take one! You do this for us, but you need to take care of your mental and physical health too! Like KaiserNeko from Team Four Star said about DBZA "You push yourself through writer's block, not through burnout!"
