I understand it's super easy to forget him though, since he was only on screen for 10 seconds or less. As for multiple sword-style users there was: Hachi, Arlong Park in East Blue, 6 sword style; Kaku, Enies Lobby, 4 sword style; and Hyouzou, Fishman Island, 8 sword style.

By the way, to become a warlord, the candidate has to do something to have a deterrent with other pirates aside being powerful, since that is the reason for warlords existence. Can be a high bounty, kill someone powerful, kill many pirates etc.
