yo i think its assumed sakura was murdered by the serial killer from the beginning of the movie also i know its easy to hate the friend but you gotta remember this dude came outta nowhere and basically stole her best friend when no one even knew he existed before that lol edit: also she isnt wrong for wanting to have spent more time with her bc she could have if she had known about it but still wrong to blame the dude for respecting her wishes
