I have to believe MIhawk went about 5% power here. Like his output, in a sense, was high. But he just was not trying hard to actually damage Luffy etc, because if this was him trying hard then he is weak. And we know he is not weak 1) because of his battles with Shanks who is insanely strong (as someone caught up in the manga you're gonna have to believe me and 2) zoro at this point in the manga is surely not mihawk level yet and he is also INSANELY strong, strong enough to dog walk g2 luffy 3) this is all speculation because we haven't really seen mihawk's true power yet even those we are at chapter like 1084 of the manga haha edit: that was a long ass comment to say watching this back it's hilarious to see mihawk acting like he's really interested
