I read somewhere that Franky's VA took Oda to a Drag Queen place one time and Oda used that as a reference when designing some of his okama (queer) characters like Bon Clay Also the subtitles made a mistake whenever they say Bon is saying "Oh Come My Way" that was a mistranslation. He's actually saying "Okama Way" which means like "Queer way" (Okama is a universal word for queer/gay/trans/drag queen in Japanese)
