Its such a great series & I do really like how much more each topic is explained compared to the little bit of brotherhood we watched

2022-05-25 04:12:10 +0000 UTCAs I said on the last episode: The last episode wasn't filler it was cannon stuff that wasn't adapted from the manga in Brotherhood cause they only showed a quick recap of it in Brotherhood later in the show. But this episode indeed was filler but I still like this episode somewhat just because it shows that Ed and Al still are kids to some extent and can be manipulated. The next episode btw are episodes which focus on a light novel and some bonus chapters of the manga so they aren't in the Brotherhood Anime but they are written by the creator of FMA and not made by the Anime staff like this filler ep 10 was. And they will show a little more that while 03 also focuses on the story progression it tries to show you more of Ed and Al's characters while Brotherhood in this part focuses more on advancing the story itself because for them the characters are already established especially since some already saw the 03 anime. That's also a point why I want you to watch FMA before Brotherhood just so you have a deeper understanding of the motivations and morals of the characters. Cause until a certain point FMA 03 doesn't fully introduce the important side characters but only focuses on especially Ed's but also Al's characters. I really hope you enjoy the series so far and also the next episodes. So if you ever think that you don't really like the 03 version than let me know and we can switch To Brotherhood because I don't want to force you to watch the 03 version if you don't enjoy it enough xD
