a small update

I know I haven't posted in a while.. again. I was working on a lot of long term projects.. again. And I just kinda lost track of how many weeks had passed since my last post.

It's just that working on something big and complex really fuels my ambition and finishing something after several months of work gives me a much bigger sense of accomplishment than converting a bunch of animations or adding a small feature to OStim. So I really sink into it and more or less neglect anything else.

But since it's been too long I have started working on converting some dance animations to OStim again. As always I will release a few beta versions and then a full version afterwards. Since I don't want to burn out from that again I will probably only be doing this for about a month or so. The first beta will be released this weekend.

Now an update to the BDSM framework: The team of Devious Devices NG is planning to make their mod framework agnostic, so it will no longer require SL. And they have started on implementing a lot of the features that I felt were lacking from it. Also their development team is a lot bigger than just one man. So the stuff that I have been working on will probably only ever be a bootleg version of what they are doing. So I decided to rather invest my time into helping them making it OStim compatible and share my other discoveries with them (as I have already done in the past).
