It allows you to set up a dynamically changing color for your hair and RaceMenu overlays. This can be based on either current health, stamina or magicka or just loop in a rainbow pattern. In this first version it only works on the PC, not NPCs. This mod is not at all finished, but I think it's good enough for a first release.
What does not at all finished mean?
Everything that is currently in the mod works (except skin colors, you can select it but it doesn't do anything yet), there just are many more features planned.
