random scene selection

I have created almost a hundred different versions of GetRandomScene with different conditions to hopefully cover most of the common use cases for it. In case anyone needs to be rather specific about the conditions of the custom scene there is a function taking 24 parameters able to depict any scenario I can possibly think of. If someone has a use case that can't be handled with that I don't know either.
I will release a beta version later this week when I made sure there are no obvious errors in it (there can still be not so obvious errors in it, though :c ). But you probably won't see a use case for it until Migal updates OPrivacy.

Next up will be more furniture support, as voted in the last poll. Furniture types we intend to support are:
beds, chairs, benches, shelves, alchemy and enchanting tables and cooking pots. If there are more furniture types you want to see supported now would be the time to speak so I can discuss it with Ace (he needs to create the animations after all).

I had it talk with Migal about the railings in BBLS and it appears they are using tableleanmarkers, not railingleanmarkers, because they have the height of a table. That means you'll automatically be able to perform table animations on them, some of those might look weird on it but most should work out just fine.

If meshes means locations, then I am a big supporter of Migal and BBLS so being able to use the railings inside there would be awesome. the upstairs area overlooking the indoor pool would make for some great scenes. imo

Most railings we found ingame had different heights, which makes it kinda hard to center animations on them. Did you have a specific mesh in mind?
