Yeah and if you ultimately don't, it's all good! YouTube can be unpredictable, so there's always gonna be a risk that other videos encounter similar issues after March when you wipe the old Patreon content. So it can turn into a slippery slope if you begin to make more and more exceptions for videos should they also get blocked. I still wouldn't mind the exceptions, but we will see either way!

One other question regarding the reactions. Will an exception be made for movies whose YouTube edits are not available on YT? I've noticed that both of your FD reactions as well as Gonjiam are nowhere to be seen on YT and idk if they were forced to be taken down or you chose to do so. This is sad news to hear as I go back to a lot of those older videos for comfort viewing, but I understand wanting to have a fresh start. I’m just concerned that if this rebrand or whatever it is you’re planning ends up not working out the way you’d hoped and you were to go back to uncut reactions on Patreon in the future, that’s a LOT of content that’s just lost in the void forever and therefore a lot of value from your Patreon. I almost feel like trialling the changes for a month or two before deleting all the old stuff would have been a wise decision. But I’m sure you’ve already considered that over and over so I’ll trust your judgement - and will wait to hear what the changes are before deciding whether I stick around! Best of luck with it all either way

I love your content but this is just not a good move! I’m done and unsubscribing it seems like you do understand that most of the people here are not going to pay anymore! I joined the patreon two days ago. Yes for the uncut reactions but also to support Caitlin. I am here because I support her and her endeavours etc. I choose to pay the £17 a month because I enjoy supporting her. I understand you find it frustrating but at the end of the day change is necessary to allow us to grow. I personally wouldn’t get too hot headed about Caitlin’s decision anyway until we know what direction the patreon is going to go in.

Hi Alex! Sorry you feel this way. My channels are still going to be the exact same as they've always been. I'm still covering music and horror on Youtube. I'm just changing what is being posted here on Patreon. And I do appreciate the support you've given me! But making a major change is not an uncommon thing for a creator to do. Sometimes we have to do what's best for ourselves in our careers and that's what I'm doing here.

I have to be completely honest and say that I am super disappointed you will be deleting everything and not doing uncut reactions anymore (so you'll just post the YT edits for like early access?), BUT I appreciate you giving us a heads up and a chance to watch everything we haven't watched. I personally have yet to watch a lot of your older reactions to both movies and music. I have to agree with another commenter who suggested putting all the old reactions in an archive folder through another site or Google Drive or something. I follow someone else who does that because you only have a limited space for direct videos on Patreon. With that being said, I appreciate you for being transparent and I will continue to support you ❤
