2021-10-28 05:58:23 +0000 UTCglad your feeling better, and yes learning hangul(the alphabet) is really easy, once you know what sounds they make its like a puzzle/game sounding things out. you could literally learn and starting reading things within a day if you are good at memorizing. for example: hobi is 호비. so broken down for the first syllable ㅎ is an H sound, ㅗ is an "oh" sound, so when you put them together you get Ho, and then for the 2nd syllable, ㅂ is a B sound,ㅣis an "ee" sound, put together is "bee", thus you get hobiiii lol

2021-10-27 21:46:19 +0000 UTCalso, yeah i agree that it’ll be beneficial for u to learn a lil bit of korean! i tried learning in september and in only 2 days i learned nearly all of the vowels and consonants. i wanted to keep learning but i’m not very consistent when it comes to things like that 😭 but i think it might give u a better understanding of how the language works. and as time goes on you’ll start to recognize more of the words and phrases they say naturally even if u don’t try to learn korean on your own but i think knowing a bit of hangul might be helpful in some ways :)
