Yes, I highly recommend! I thought it was super difficult to learn so I never bothered but one day a video got recommended to me on YT about learning hangul in 30 minutes so I just watched it and after that I suddenly could read korean :") very slowly though, but still, I'm familiar with it haha

2021-10-13 22:12:00 +0000 UTCThe next one is so fun! Korean itself is really hard but the alphabet Hangul is not difficult to learn and it’s very logical! You can probably learn all the characters in a day or two. Makes it easier to read stuff at least (like when they’re wearing name tags)

2021-10-12 15:45:05 +0000 UTCi think it’s because most of the korean words used now have been modernised & little of the traditional language have been preserved? it’s kinda like how most people find it hard to think of the old english/ shakespearean equivalents of english words we use today
