【Silver】Thinking about Skeleton and Muscle ~Part 2~

In this article, I have compiled a rough description of the muscles and their interlocking with the skeleton that I could not convey in the concept of skeleton and muscles - Part I!

The Location and Presence of Muscles

The number of muscles is the same whether you are thin or macho, and they can be large or small depending on the thickness of the muscle fibers

Skeletal and Muscular Connections

Muscles have points of attachment to bones. It is recommended that you understand the points of attachment, even if only roughly, so that your character's movements will seem more alive!

Major muscles to remember for now

It is enough to remember these for the time being.

It is useful to remember the names and locations of these muscles, but it is difficult to pay too much attention to anatomy when drawing, so we recommend that you start with a rough sense of anatomy, such as "there are deltoid muscles here and there, and they are attached to this part of the bone.

Stretching and Contraction of the Biceps Brachii by Extraversion and Internal Rotation

The biceps is connected to the radius.

Let's see how it works by actually trying it out!

If you touch your wrist while repeatedly rotating it, you will see it move!

Interesting, isn't it?

So, to summarize today's article

・Know your attachment points.

・When drawing, don't worry too much about the skeleton and muscles.

Stay tuned for future posts~!
