Lucinda is absurdly good, within seconds of waking up from chloroform, she ensnared Detective Daniels. If ever Doctor Collins was going to fall into an obedient trance and let another spin a web over her mind, it'd be to Lucinda. Then maybe Professor Williams could save her Master with hypnosis at a later date and avoid Lucinda because I don't think either of them can take her alone. She's too fast and very good at improvising, which is a bad thing for someone like Doctor Collins who plans ahead several steps and is more organized. And that's when someone like Lucinda isn't challenging her power and ego. Losing two pawns might make her fear for her third, most loyal pawn and be arrogant enough to think that she can deal with Lucinda herself. But the logical and predictable route is that Professor Williams falls next, but just because it's predictable doesn't make it bad. I wanna see our Adorkable Professor fall under a spell again, it's been over a year since her showdown with the Professor.
