Download vamX for AI Chat 1.36.3
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE VAMX:
1) Download the new vamX.1.36.var (or Mega). This is vamX 1.36.3.
Overwrite vamX.1.36.var in your AddonPackages folder with this new file.
2) Get your updated password at www.patreon.com/vamx/membership
3) Open the vamX Chat AI scene.
4) To send touch information to the Chat AI:
If you are in VR, touch her with your VR hands.
If in Desktop mode (or optionally in VR) enable the Male then choose any Pose.
Some Other -> Toys (or Other -> Bondage) buttons also send events to the Chat AI.
5) Go to Scene -> Chat AI to open the vamX Chat AI menu. You will see 3 new toggles (checkboxes), including Send Touch/Events.
6) To disable touch events, uncheck the Send Touch/Events toggle.
7) The Chat AI can trigger vamX Actions (unless you set No Actions in the web interface).
If you want Actions, but without Scene (environment) changes, check the Lock Scene toggle.
To disable Actions that change pose, check Lock Pose.
These buttons also disable regular voice commands from changing Scenes/Poses.
KEY NEW FEATURES
The Chat AI can now respond to complex touches. If you touch her (for example in VR, or by loading a pose with the Male active) some touch information will be sent to the Chat AI, and this will become part of the story.
For example, if you touch her arm (and the story has Jack and Emily) you might see in the story "(Jack touches Emily's arm)" and then she might say (in response to your touch) "Oh, that's sweet Jack, hold me tighter".
If you switch to missionary pose (or ANY other man on top pose), you would see "(Jack fuck's Emily's pussy)". These are not pose specific notifications, changing poses simply triggers sending whatever main touch is happening in the new pose to the Chat AI.
There are also notifications sent when using vamX Toys (Other -> Sex Toys) and some Bondage items, like blindfolds, nipple clamps, or chains (Other -> Bondage, Domination and Role Play).
In VR, make sure both controllers are connected (if you will use both) before opening vamX. In Desktop mode changing poses to a very different type of sex act will be the easiest way to trigger a sensible notification. Touch is complex to detect, so it won't be perfect, but it's pretty good.
Touch notifications may be sent often if you are showing the Male, and have Action set to the default Start Sex (because in this mode she automatically moves her hands around to do things). It may be better to set Action to Just Thrust to reduce additional messages if you prefer.
To disable touch notifications for the Chat AI, uncheck the Chat AI -> Send Touch/Events toggle.
Added Lock Scene toggle, and Lock Pose toggle to the vamX AI Chat menu.
You can now stay in the same Scene (environment) while in AI Chat by checking the Lock Scene toggle. This box ignores all AI Chat (and regular voice commands) that would lead to a Scene change. This checkbox is in the Chat AI section in the vamX menu (Scene tab -> Chat AI).
You can now make sure she stays in the current Pose while in AI Chat by checking the Lock Pose toggle. This box ignores all AI Chat (and regular voice commands) that would lead to a Pose or Animation change. This checkbox is in the Chat AI section in the vamX menu (Scene tab -> Chat AI). Minor pose changes from Action -> Start Sex, which allows changing to similar poses, can still happen when this box is checked.
ADDITIONAL NEW FEATURES AND FIXES
Fixed AI Chat Voice ONLY (no vamX moans). This now properly removes all Female moans & speech, except Chat AI speech. To have only AI Chat voices, and no vamX moans or breathing go to vamX Menu Scene -> AI Chat -> AI Chat Voice & Moan Options -> AI Chat Voice ONLY.
Reduced extra audio and text when first opening AI Chat (during entering or auto-entering your password or during an auto-reset while loading).
Added an additional voice server for the Improved Voices (so they are faster / more people can use them at the same time).
Added a little more variety to the Auto Set Voice set of Improved Voices.
Fixed an issue for Silicon Maid 7B, and perhaps other Chat AIs, where sometimes in the middle of a reasonable response they switch to adding raw personality text like this: "Thanks Jack, that sounds great! My Name: Jack Character: Emily". We now remove text after "My Name:" or "Character: " if they appear in the response, so you would just get "Thanks Jack, that sounds great!".
CURRENT ISSUES / COMING SOON
Since toys load floating (without anyone holding them) it generally says she uses the toy on herself, even if the Male is shown. Improved Chat AI notifications for toy usage coming soon.
When changing scenes while in a seamless or dance animation that includes the male, the male doesn't always load the right position once the scene changes (for now, press Reset Pose to fix).
Sometimes the dancing together animation triggers when it shouldn't.
Need to detect removing clothes and send events to the Chat AI (coming soon).

Well, it's available as I said in the new version out now. But you have to uncheck the box, re-check it, then wait a minute, then it will work. Or just use the vamX menu instead of voice commands for that part (Plugins -> Embody)

2024-05-18 12:55:04 +0000 UTCRight now normal voice commands are disabled during AI Chat usage. Otherwise strange things will happen (a command will try to be processed by both systems, since the AI Chat command happens later, after she responds and agrees or doesn't, etc.). Also we are using the voice as if we are talking with a real person and only want commands that make sense in a conversation. I will add a feature that if you first open the Chat AI, then enable (or if already enabled toggle on/off) Sound -> Speech Recognition that it will also enable non-AI speech recognition. But if you are using both, you'll get a lot of commands happening. In the upcoming release you will need to toggle speech recognition on /off, in the future it will be more elegant.

2024-05-04 04:36:55 +0000 UTCThanks for all the info. Regarding Chat AI models, we are always open to upgrading the models, but I've found pretty good results with all the current models. I like the random option. Basically if you are on Random and click Retry Last, it switches to the next model in the list and regenerates the response. That way I seem to get a lot of variety. One important trick if you get stuck, or she becomes repetitive, OR YOU LOSE CONNECTION, is to go to the top and click Summarize Chat. This will help her to stop repeating herself / get lost for a very long chat. You can also see the summary in the top personality text box and edit it if needed. If you are doing this because you lost connection (she doesn't speak any more) then copy that summary, choose your server again US / EU in the vamX Chat AI menu, then paste the summary back in and continue (I'll see if I can add Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V shortcuts using the vamx menu, not sure). Regarding improving the models, I would be very happy for a suggestion for any model you find to be much better, but you should first test the models in RunPod by running your own pod (or if you REALLY love a particular model you found in Kobold, I'll go ahead and test it). Please note you should be using the GGUF version like for MythoMax that you mentioned above you need https://huggingface.co/TheBloke/MythoMax-L2-13B-GGUF To run on RunPod use these instructions: https://vamx.b-cdn.net/docs/Custom_LLM_Runpod_USER_GUIDE.pdf (we haven't managed to get it running without runpod on a local computer, but it should be theoretically possible if you are really good with oobabooga, and a little a bit of a programmer, and have a static IP address, otherwise just use the preconfigured docker image (easy) on RunPod as explained in the pdf linked above) Regarding the Actions issues, perhaps some additional actions should be removed from the main list. Feel free to continue letting me know what Actions trigger that you think should never be triggered by the AI (also feel free to send a direct message on Patreon). I think, for example, breast size and turning old should probably be removed from the AI Chat responses. Have you tried Exact Actions. Not a lot of random stuff should be triggered there, it increases the minimum similarity threshold. We will probably also create a separate action set, which will be much more limited. Also note the new Lock Pose and Lock Scene items, which prevent those types of actions from being triggered. Finally, don't forget the Feelings / Arousal option, which changes only her emotional state and no other actions should be triggered.

Ooba II is totally unusable. first response already produced a very long reply of jibberish with no spacing in between. may be good for very short instructions and forcing it to only reply with a 3 word sentence or so. Silicon maid 7B isnt bad, but failed after about 30 messages from me and started to produce jibberish. Think it was pretty much the same with Ooba 13 and 20B while the response quality was worse if i remember correctly. 20B was really quite slow. Trying to get an estimate of how long a conversation can be kept i then tried the 70B and while it took long, it also utterly failed already in the first responses. starting to basically repeat its first message over and over again but differently written. The koboldAI ones had actually been superior in every way. well, dependent on which model choosen there xD but the one that actually really stood out was " crestfall mythomax" as on hugging face there are only 2 of them, id think it was this here: https://huggingface.co/TeeZee/MythoMax-L2-13b-crestfall/tree/main?not-for-all-audiences=true When failing, it wasnt because of jibberish but because the connection broke and i had to reset it. Just to confirm, the custom ooba allows me to simply put in the local ip address of my local ai core running the text generation web ui? also will it then only be the text or do i need to put in the ip of the jupiter notebook running Audiocraft? The actions still have been utterly buggy and the only relyable thing is No Actions. Everything else always will also execute a action at one point. quite sad coz feelings and arousal is awesome in conversations. things like suddenly spawning the Shower, or suddenly starting to play music, changing clothes or even totally deforming the model is very "game breaking". It would be cool to be able to manually really disable such stuff with a single click in the web ui. the sex positions are great but nothing compared with the seamless animations. So if seamless animations is used and it then suddenly switches to a "static" sex pose and spawns the chair, far away from her current position, that really sucks. also if you have a conversation and i said " jeez, you are not a old woman" she suddenly changed her model morph into some goblin vampire thing. or saying "you really have nice breasts" and she suddenly changes the morph on her breasts making them way bigger. or she just randomly switches into different clothes. i get that its hard to have the ai do the correct stuff and because the prompt contains "are.....old woman" the "not" is ignored. Thus is would be good to simply fully disable the abililty to make such changes. Though im not sure if the changers responsible for feelings and arousal are tied to it and its either all off or all on. one idea is to have sentences containing a negative like no or not used as a negative prompt. Ah just testing the update now. well... "XXX hits Emily in the throat": Ahh XXX i like it so much ehen you touch me there." Same with hitting in stomach, breasts etc. didnt use it in VR though. will need more time to check the lock scene and pose buttons, maybe they already fix what i just reported. Critical: i cant paste into the web ui anymore? backspace also doesnt work. When in VR a button to copy or paste would be nice. currently i iam always switching to desktop and have to use the onscreen keyboard of virtual desktop and show the desktop VAM to then enter things. Also randomly i found the VAM Performance Patche. Jeez, how awesome! while its not double the FPS for me i still did get a raise of 10 to 20 FPS in VR. Sadly it seems unstable thoufh? when tested on the next day the speed up seemed to be gone? Are there any plans to include CheesyFX body language into Vamx and maybe the aI? I think cheesyFX is now by far the most complex body and reaction simulation frameword. Keep up the great work :-)

2024-05-03 12:51:07 +0000 UTCI've heard one more person complain about their VR controller joysticks up/down not working correctly. I don't think this has to do with vamX though. Is this something that only happens in vamX, not other Virt-a-Mate scenes? Can you use grab and drag to move around? I always found those sticks to be unreliable.
