Are you using the app or browser? If you’re using a browser, which one? The mobile Chrome browser has issues that I’m having trouble fixing, but the app works really well and I think Firefox is ok too Just make sure to download the file from the link, and as long as you’re not using a mobile chrome app you should be okay 🥰 Lmk if you’re still having issues, those were just general solutions. ❤️
