In 3D, especially in Daz or Blender, placing a character in a pose like this without it looking awkward is pure torture. Now imagine placing four characters and then refining every detail to make it look as good as possible.

When you move characters in 3D, everything initially looks horrible and deformed. It’s not like real life, where muscles, tissues, and tendons naturally adjust and do their part.

The supporter who commissioned this work is a very special person, so I approach it with great care. But if there’s one type of work a 3D artist might be tempted to reject, this is a perfect example. Not only because it’s extremely labor-intensive, but also because the artist might worry that the final result won’t look as good as intended.
