Update to Cedar (postcard) Tier!

Changes to the Cedar Tier are coming! I'm deciding to do postcards every other month, so bi-monthly, instead of every month to:
1) Save on postage! It costs a lot to send these out every month
2) Offer MORE per shipment, meaning:
Stickers
multiple photo prints
and the regular postcard!
3) Deal with possible tariffs once I move to Canada!
I want to offer you even more per shipment so that it feels like you're really paying your money's worth! The photo prints will be mini prints of drawings I will have done that previous month or two (maybe an exclusive even) along with stickers (which I'm going to finally actually design this month, and I could use your help on the discord requests channel!)
Seeing as this change will affect the tier postcard benefits to every other month, please feel free to jump in and out of the tier in the months that postcard benefits aren't active!

I’ll do 5x7 next year! For now I’m sticking with 4x6 since I know some folks are collecting these and there’s only a few more months in the year anyway
