Took me awhile to think of something...took me a bit to figure out the appropriate technical term and find a good representative image. Contrasting lace bra. Closest representative image here: https://www.thewirelesscatalog.com/graphics/products/regular/LG8142_BLUE.jpg The inner part is made of a dark, see-through lace material. The outer park is a lighter material similar to the panties. For consistency between the two pieces of underwear maybe add a similar ruffle pattern between the two materials the garmet is made of. Sneak in a bow. Ultimately artist interpretation.
