Hope this becomes a series of blackmail stories for DC characters who have been blackmailed. Also I don’t if you have more info about Randy because he hasn’t been seen since #6 only mentioned in #18 when Mera is questioned for the recent her charges during in 2011 series. He was still around 2016 aquaman comics series #9 and #11. Don’t know if that helps. Because the sketch and art are great.
