The Game is definitely the kind of guy who would diss people he says he rocks with, but I think he just decided to write lyrics related to some of the best rappers who are newer than him rather than actually dissing them. In a Game vs J Cole battle I think I'd pick Game to have the better diss tracks but Cole would win because he'd be the one acting less like a clown
