Chapter 10: Magisters

Essos [Pentos]

Naruto was seated with his three female friends: Alicent on his left, Mysaria on his right, and Rhaenyra lying on his lap, unable to sit up due to the punishment she endured the previous night. They faced three Magisters and the prince, who the Targaryens recognized as merely a figurehead, as the Magisters held the real power over the political and economic matters of Pentos.

"We are pleased to have you in our home, dragon rider, along with your lovely companions," announced a white overweight Magister, distinguished by his white hair and forked beard, dressed in the elegant attire and jewelry befitting a noble family that his own could not afford. "I am Illyrio Mopatis, and these are my esteemed colleagues, Magisters Xaro Xhoan Daxos and Pyat Pree."

Xaro Xhoan Daxos is a black man with neatly trimmed hair and a beard, similar to those of his companions. His attire and accessories appear to be valuable enough to finance a small country.

Among all the Magisters, Pyat Pree was the one who made him the most uneasy. He was a tall, slender man with a pale complexion, dark circles around his eyes, and purple lips. His presence exuded a malevolent aura that reminded Naruto of Orochimaru from his past life.

"And this is Prince Reggio Haratis," Xaro stated in a disinterested tone, as if he were presenting an insignificant bug that didn’t deserve his time. The prince, the youngest among them, appeared to be in his twenties, with brown hair and a tanned complexion. He exuded an air of arrogance, yet the Magisters didn't even glance at him without a sense of respect.

"It’s a delight to make your acquaintance along with your esteemed friends," Prince Reggio remarked in a tone Naruto recognized as his attempt to charm less discerning women. However, his companions merely responded with courteous smiles, causing the prince to scowl while the Magisters chuckled at his expense.

"It appears that your charm isn't as effective with all the ladies as you believe," Xaro taunted, eyeing the prince and rolling his eyes at the evident lack of interest from Naruto's female companions. It seemed he was on the verge of throwing a fit, but a glance from Pyat silenced him. "The women of Westeros are not only stunning but also wise enough to see through your charm."

Illyrio chose to intervene to avoid any potential tension and redirected the conversation. "What brings you dragon riders to our modest town?" the man inquired with a seemingly innocent tone, but Naruto was aware that he was seeking information.

"Not much going on, just me and my partners looking to take a vacation to unwind, and Pentos seems like a nice spot," Naruto fibbed, choosing to keep their exile a secret for the time being.

Naruto understood that the word of his banishment would likely spread quickly, if it hadn't already, but he intended to be far away by that time. He could sense the avarice and desire reflected in the eyes of those men.

"Is that the case? Well, I might be interested. Are you looking to sell any of your women or dragons? We can offer a generous price," Xaro inquired, his intentions becoming clear. Naruto noticed Pyat’s discomfort, while Illyrio disapproved of Xaro's bluntness. However, the Targaryen understood that they all shared the same objective of acquiring either his dragons or his women.

Rhaenyra and Alicent tensed at the proposal, feeling insulted that the Magisters believed they could be treated as commodities. They were not common courtesans; they were of noble Targaryen lineage. Meanwhile, Mysaria concealed her anxiety, having been sold numerous times before. Though she understood that Naruto wouldn't part with her—not out of love, but due to his greed—she still felt a sense of fear.

"I'm afraid my ladies and dragons aren't for sale," Naruto stated in a firm tone, making it clear to the Magisters that the matter was not open for debate. "They may be difficult at times, but these women belong to me, and I would never part with them for anything in this world."

Naruto emphasized his words by slipping a hand under Alicent and Mysaria's dresses. Both women didn't move as his hand brushed both their bare pussies; they were not wearing underwear, as usual. Alicent and Rhaenyra usually only wear underwear during their period, which oddly ends around the same time.

Alicent let out a soft moan while Mysaria stayed silent, although her breath quickened, showing she was enjoying what Naruto was doing, even if it was in front of others.

Rhaenyra pouted at being left out, but soon gasped as Naruto moved his hand from Alicent and placed it in her mouth. Without a word, she sucked and licked it clean. That hand soon found its way down her dress to her still sore backside, spreading her cheeks, and a finger entered her anus.

The Magisters observed with varying levels of interest; some were intrigued by the Targaryens for more than just sexual motives, hinting at darker intentions. After a pause, the discussion resumed, and although the Magisters suggested a meal, Naruto declined. As evening approached, a room was provided, which the male Targaryen accepted, bringing along his female companions—Rhaenyra perched on his back and Alicent and Mysaria flanking him.

Fast Forward

As soon as they found themselves alone in the room, Mysaria remarked, "They are after something from us," despite the guards stationed outside.

They were aware that the guards outside weren't present for their protection; rather, they were there to confine them to the room and listen in on their discussions. However, they were unaware of Naruto's abilities, which allowed him to create a barrier that prevented any sound from escaping the room.

"That's clear enough, but what do they really desire?" Rhaenyra remarked, reclining on the plush bed—the first one she had rested on since her arrival in Essos.

"I believe I understand what the Magisters and the prince was from us," Naruto remarked as she collapsed next to Rhaenyra, leaning into him in a way that annoyed Alicent, who had intended to sit there. "The prince is clearly infatuated with all of you, so I have no doubt he will attempt to charm you. And if that doesn't work, he may resort to more aggressive tactics."

The three women reacted in distinct ways: Mysaria, having been a prostitute, was indifferent to the prince's interest; Alicent felt revulsion at the notion of the prince desiring her; while Rhaenyra scoffed at the idea, asserting she would mutilate the prince if he attempted to make a move on her.

"What about the Magisters? What are their intentions?" Mysaria inquired, already suspecting what men like them would desire with three Targaryens so far from their homeland.

"Illyrio and Xaro are pretty straightforward; they're just after our dragons because of their greed," Naruto remarked with a chuckle, noting that the dragons would likely devour the Magisters rather than obey them. "But Pyat, on the other hand, is the one I find most troubling."

Naruto halted for a moment, reflecting on the strange man he suspected was a warlock. He figured that the man likely desired their dragons and themselves for the purpose of experimenting with their Targaryen blood, which contained a significant amount of magic, even though most people were unaware of how to harness or tap into it.

"I believe Pyat has the ability to use magic, which complicates matters," Naruto said, causing the women present to stare in shock. Magic is rare in Westeros, apart from Naruto and the dragons, so the idea that someone here can wield it and is scheming against them is alarming. "He likely desires us for our Targaryen lineage, which is tied to magic, as well as our dragons that are, in a sense, sources of magic."

Mysaria and Alicent collapsed onto the bed amid the upheaval. Mysaria felt a sense of insecurity that she hadn’t anticipated; she initially believed she could exploit the prince's desires to her advantage. However, with the introduction of a warlock into the mix, her chances of survival if Naruto were to perish had dwindled to nothing.

Mysaria had learned of the warlocks residing in Qarth's House of the Undying; she had heard they were terrifying beings who offered women and children as sacrifices to gain strength.

Alicent felt anxious; she was aware of her father's strength, but she questioned whether he could safeguard them not just from the soldiers the Magisters commanded, but also from a warlock.

"Damn it," Rhaenyra expressed what all three women were thinking, "we need to leave this place quickly."

Naruto couldn't hold back his laughter, which made the women believe he was losing his mind. However, he simply couldn't resist; they resembled frightened little puppies.

"What's so amusing?" Rhaenyra asked, sitting up and grimacing as she felt the pain in her rear. "This is serious; we need to leave before the warlock acts."

Mysaria and Alicent both nodded in consent, but Naruto swiftly wrapped his arms around them, positioning Alicent to his left, Rhaenyra resting against his chest in the center, and Mysaria on his right.

"You don’t need to be concerned; I’ll take care of the warlock when the moment arrives," Naruto said earnestly. The three women remained seated, so he continued, "Do you really think I sent our dragons away for no reason? I want the Magisters to act so I can take them out. Besides, even if we manage to escape, do you believe they would just let us go? We need to confront them here and now."

Mysaria inquired earnestly from her position on Naruto's right, "Is it truly possible to defeat the warlock without your dragons? I need to hear you say it to believe you. And what about their soldiers? There could be thousands here."

"I can deal with the warlock, and if necessary, I'll summon the dragons," Naruto declared, noting that while the dragons were currently outside the city, they could return in just a few minutes. "So just chill out; I doubt they'll take action tonight, but from now on, we need to stick together."

This was reasonable given that Naruto was the only one among them with any real fighting ability. While Mysaria might catch someone off guard and attack with her cleverness, Rhaenyra and Alicent wouldn't stand a chance without their dragons. That's why Naruto made some special preparations in case they ended up separated.

Naruto pondered, "I can't help but think about how things are faring in Westeros." He had departed without notifying Rhea or their daughter Rhee, knowing that Rhee would insist on joining him, which would leave her mother and younger brother vulnerable. While they had the soldiers of Runestone for protection, having their daughter and a dragon by their side would have provided Naruto with greater peace of mind about their safety.

Naruto was aware that many people believed he didn't genuinely care for his wife Rhea, but that couldn't be further from the truth. He holds deep affection for her, and she reciprocates those feelings. Their connection has been forged over many years of understanding each other.

Naruto mused to himself that he would likely reunite with them in a few years. Understanding his daughter well, he realized she wouldn't remain in Westeros while he was in Essos. The only thing holding her back from searching for him was her younger sibling, who wasn't ready to endure the demands of the journey just yet.

Westeros [Runestone]

CLING CLANG CLANG CLING

The noise of swords colliding echoed across the tense soil of the Royce courtyard, where Rhee Targaryen was engaged in combat with a knight from House Royce.

Rhea Targaryen, formerly known as Ryoce, watched her daughter with a mix of pride and concern. While she felt confident in her daughter's strength, having inherited it from her father, she was worried about her intense focus on training to pursue Naruto in Essos.

It's been several days since they received a message from the king, and Rhee has been training tirelessly. In fact, many knights from the House of Royce have approached Lady Rhea, pleading with her to speak to her daughter so that they can finally get some rest.

"That's enough for today, Rhee," Rhea remarked after witnessing her daughter nearly slice her opponent in two. "It's time for you to take a break."

"But I'm not tired, Mom," Rhee responded, and she genuinely meant it. She had just a little sweat on her forehead, but aside from that, she felt perfectly fine. "I can keep going."

"That might be the case, but your rival is clearly unable to," Rhea remarked, gesturing towards the weary knight, who had lost his helmet during the sparring session, revealing his fatigued expression. "Allow him to rest a bit and join me for a walk."

Rhee's shoulders relaxed as she approached her mother, causing the knight to nearly weep with relief that his ordeal had come to an end. The unfortunate man nearly rushed out of the courtyard, much to Rhea's amusement.

Rhea gazed at her daughter’s face, filled with admiration. She was stunning, a perfect mix of Royce and Targaryen heritage with her brown hair and striking purple eyes. Her delicate features and sun-kissed skin resembled her father's.

"On several occasions, I've had to intimidate a lord to rid their twisted thoughts of marrying my daughter from their minds," Rhea reflected, remembering the numerous times nobles from rival houses proposed themselves or their sons for her daughter's hand. "I rejected them all, particularly the ones who were old enough to be her grandfather."

Rhea understood that it was common for women to marry much older men, particularly in political arrangements. However, she was determined not to subject her daughter to such a fate. She was confident that Rhee would fiercely defend herself against any man she disapproved of who attempted to approach her anyway.

"Rhea, you need to give the men a rest; you’re exhausting them to the point where they can hardly fulfill their responsibilities," Rhea remarked as she and her daughter exited the walls of Royce Castle and headed towards the area outside the town where Rhea's dragon resides.

"Alright, Mother, I'll find another way to spend my time," Rhee remarked as they approached the shoreline. They engaged in light conversation for a few minutes until a large, whitish-gray figure surfaced from the ocean—Gray Ghost, Rhee's dragon companion. "I'm going to take a ride. Would you like to join me, Mother?"

"Not right now, I need to handle some paperwork and take care of your brother," Rhea replied, observing her daughter climb onto the dragon, embodying the essence of a Targaryen princess. "Just don't venture too far."

"I won't," Rhee answered before taking off. Rhea stood on the ground, watching her daughter soar into the sky on Grey Ghost, letting out a sigh.

Rhea understood that the sole reason Rhee wasn't in Essos at that moment was her reluctance to abandon her brother or her home in Runestone. Currently, the strength of the Targaryens was at its lowest in years, with only a handful of dragon riders left since Naruto and the others had departed. This left the door open for some ambitious noble houses to consider assassinating her child and anyone with Targaryen lineage in a bid to seize power for themselves.

"King Viserys may have acted too quickly in sending Naruto away," Rhea remarked, understanding that despite his flaws, Naruto was the foundation of the Targaryens. With him here, no house would dare challenge their authority now with him gone, Daemon was now the only one holding the Seven Kingdoms together. The bronze bitch frowned at the thought, aware that eventually, Daemon might create chaos. "But hopefully, he can maintain stability long enough for my son to grow up enough so he could come with me and his sister to Essos, so we can bring his father back."

Once Naruto returned, she believed that matters in Westeros would calm down. She just wished he hadn't gotten Princess Rhaenyra pregnant, as that would complicate things further with Daemon being named Viserys's heir. The king was unwilling to remarry, while at the same time removing all Rhaenyra claim to ascend to the throne, but her children could—this scenario could ignite the beginnings of a future conflict.

"Who am I kidding? When we go to Essos, Rhaenyra will probably be on her third child, maybe fourth," Rhea said in defeat, entering her office. Naruto was a manwhore, and having two fresh pieces of pussy traveling with him and one used-up one, there was no way he isn't going to breed them.

King's Landing

Small Council

"Prince Daemon and the Ironborn have become increasingly bold in their assaults on sailors. We've lost vital supplies over the past few months due to their actions, and the populace is enduring the consequences," Corlys Velaryon remarked solemnly. "What course of action shall we take, my Prince Regent?"

Daemon, now the Regent following the deteriorating health of his brother, King Viserys, occupied the head of the table in the small Council chamber, where all council members had assembled.

Lord Corlys Velaryon, the Master of Ships; Ser Ryam Redwyne, the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard; Lord Lyonel Strong, the Master of Law; Lord Lyman Beesbury, Master of Coin; Mellos, the Grand Maester; and last but not least, Otto Hightower, the Hand of the King.

For those wondering why Daemon would retain Otto as Hand of the King despite their mutual animosity, a wise saying comes to mind: keep your friends close and your enemies even closer.

The leader of House Hightower retained his position to maintain the last remnants of his influence in the royal court, largely due to his reputation. However, he was ridiculed throughout Westeros after Naruto humiliated him, forcing him to raise his illegitimate daughter for years.

"Most of the men from the noble families can't claim to be in a better position than Otto," Daemon remarked with a smirk. The prince noted a significant resemblance to House Targaryen among many other noble houses children, suggesting that Naruto likely had a hand in fathering many of the lords' illegitimate children across Westeros.

Daemon emerged from his contemplation, his expression grave. "We will put a stop to this Ironborn uprising, for that is precisely what it is—a rebellion. They believe that our loss of power is due to the absence of some of our dragons, but we must demonstrate our resolve through decisive and harsh measures." The Regent observed the faces of the Small Council members and noted that many were in agreement with his sentiments.

"You shouldn't be so forceful with this," Otto remarked in a patronizing manner, as if addressing a child. "What you're proposing could lead to a conflict."

"We are already in a state of war, Lord Hightower," declared Lord Corlys Velaryon, expressing his support for Daemon's call to action. "The Ironborn have slaughtered our people, destroyed our ships, and abducted and assaulted our women. Do you really believe that’s not a declaration of war?"

Otto glanced around, noticing the others remained quiet, yet he could sense their unanimous agreement with Lord Velaryon.

"Go ahead and do as you please, but don't claim I didn't warn you. King Viserys would have tried to talk with the lord of the Iron Islands beforehand," Otto remarked, making one final attempt to sway Daemon by mentioning the now incapacitated king. However, Daemon remained unfazed, much to Otto's irritation.

"Yes, my brother might take that route and send someone to negotiate with the Iron Islands, but I won't. If I did, it would make us appear weak, and they would likely try it again," Daemon explained, receiving some nods in agreement. "We need to devise a plan of attack. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm open to suggestions."

Otto clenched his jaw in frustration as he was overlooked for the remainder of the meeting. He couldn't comprehend how he had lost so much influence, although he was aware that it was Naruto Targaryen's doing. He would make him pay for this, but first, Otto needed to devise a plan to reclaim his position of power.
