Changes to tiers

Here's a summary for those who wants to get straight to the point

- Commission Access Tier ($10) will be removed from May 1st onwards, if you are in this tier, your subscription will be cancelled and will need to choose a different tier to get access to my Patreon content again

- Previously submitted requests will still be honored, I will always DM to confirm each request when I get to each one for any change/cancellation

- New request can only be submitted by the donation tier, starting May 1st

Starting next month, I will be removing the Commission Tier ($10/month), this is because of the overwhelming commission requests I still get that keeps piling up despite limiting the slots to only 10 slots

I have to balance between keeping this fair for everyone and still keeping my commissions somewhat accessible for everyone if someone REALLY wants a piece done by me.

At this current rate (actually been like this for months), it is impossible to keep up with them as I can only do 5-10 per month with the time I have currently.

I don't want to throw old requests out since they were technically paid for so I am still keeping ALL of the submitted request, the goal is to reduce the amount of NEW requests so I can slowly catch up eventually
