Support and Bug Reporting Changes

To ensure we can provide the best and most efficient support possible, we're making a change to our communication channels. Going forward, all support and bug reporting will be centralized through our Discord server.

What does this mean for you?

• If you encounter any issues, bugs, or have suggestions for improvement, please report them directly in the dedicated support channels on our Discord.

• We will no longer be actively monitoring or responding to support requests on the Steam Workshop pages.

Why are we making this change?

• Faster Responses: We can address your concerns more quickly and effectively on Discord.

• Better Organization: It helps us keep track of issues and ensure they don't get lost.

• Community Support: You can connect with other players and potentially find solutions together.

• Streamlined Workflow: It allows us to focus our efforts on development and support in one central location.

We understand that some of you may prefer other methods of communication, but we believe this change will ultimately benefit everyone by improving the speed and quality of our support.

Development Progress Update

We're also working hard behind the scenes to bring you some exciting updates! Our primary focus right now is on:

• 1.54 Compatibility: We're continuing to refine and expand compatibility with the 1.54 game version for both ATS and ETS2.

• Safe Mode Resolution: We're actively working to address the issues that require us to run the mods in "Safe Mode" and restore full functionality to all features.

• New Features & Content: We have plans for future updates with new features and content to enhance your trucking experience.
