Nothing much you could do to fix it since they have no access to equipment in prison but I do like the inclusion of the verse. Very powerful lyrics and message.

I think Kanye when incorporating religious themes and sounds is him at his best. That’s why yandhi was gonna be so good, all the religious sounds ( which were then used on jik) were so good and then ruined by jik obvs being censored and beats changed. The original “on god” from yandhi is god tier music

This album makes Donda seem like a masterpiece( I’m the biggest Donda supporter) but Donda is obvs flawed being bloated but honestly this album and the choices made with it put it all in perspective and make Donda seem great😂

2024-09-04 16:27:50 +0000 UTCjust finished the video. genuinely dont know what to say other than what happened? this whole album was soulless apart from sky city (i still think the kanye verse was ai). there has to he something happening behind the scenes and i really hope kanye gets the help that he needs and deserves. he truly is destroying his reputation music wise (his reputation has already been destroyed). my one hope is that he takes a long break and comes back with a 10/10 introspective album talking about what he was going through from these last few years.

Lifestyle could’ve been one of the best songs from ye in the 2020s but that annoying sample throughout is rlly off putting, the original leak didn’t have it and was so much better for it :/

Like after listening to the first few songs i had a slight increase in hope (my fault) and i thought hey, maybe he fixed 5:30. Nope, same shit mixing and a nonsense verse at the end. it pisses me off so much because it had the potential to be one of the best songs ye has put out in the last few years. it was introspective, classic sample beat, ye was rapping rapping, but no. genuinely so sad how far of a fall from grace he has had.
