2024-06-16 15:39:29 +0000 UTCI love Travis, but I think Don missed a trick with "Inside". Travis's part was, like you said, really sleepy and didn't fit. They should have try to get a better singer for the front part. Sza, Summer Walker, H.E.R or of course Don's missus, Kali Uchis. Album was really solid overall, but definitely stronger oh the front half.

Don Toliver was one of those rappers I listened to just getting into high school with Donny Womack and just knew I gotta pay attention to this guy. You know at the time this persons gonna get bigger but you don’t expect just HOW BIG someone like Don Toliver gets. Much congrats to him he’s been able to go from getting signed to Cactus Jack and is able to take that and become a worldwide recognized artist.
