Instead of characters just getting bigger and bigger, they can grow a second one, maybe by halving the size of their dick. And then once they have two, that can grow to huge sizes too! I also think it will open up a lot of opertunities to get more creative with poses and sex scenes, like letting a character get double penetrated, penetrating two other girls/futas at once, or having one fuck a girl while she sucks on the other one. Lots of potential there!
