Punishmen.tv v1.2 release!

Big changes this update including the following:
- Dialog tweaks
- Musk Kink added!
- Individual kink limits
- Hit limits greatly adjusted
- Endless mode added
- New Sprite!
We reworked the limits by a lot this time around, now they are significantly less severe and more doable for those non-pain pigs out there.
Coming Soon: 2.0! The next release is going to be a whole new dom, which means a LOT of work on my side to get all the assets and such ready. This one might take a couple months so bear with me guys @w@
* To note the linux release is bundled inside the pc folder its the .sh executable.
** If there are any typo's/ issues/ crashes feel free to let me know! I did not have nearly as much time as usual to bug test this release but it should all be good.
