🎉 Trueclash – Version 0.5 Patch Notes

Patch 0.5 - DOUBLE PATCH! Stadium Exploration, Lucas, and a Major Moment

This patch is basically an exploration patch that will shake things up a bit for you. It's not a linear patch, meaning there are multiple paths and scenes that only unlock depending on your choices, especially decisions made in this version.

It has 33k words, more than double what was planned (15k). This was built using content I already had in reserve, wanting to gift you a larger patch as a way of thanking you for your support these past months. I hope you enjoy it.

Highlights include, but aren't limited to:

1. Major focus on introducing the new character, with different outcomes

2. Matt content, including a big important talk

3. Harry and Diego content

These will change depending on past decisions, especially those made in the stadium itself, hence the big word count.

Updated Sprites:

• Matt → new expressions + full body sprites + clothes update + new pose

• Diego → new expressions + full body sprites + clothes update + new pose

• Harry → new expressions + full body sprites + clothes update + new pose

• Mafalda → full body sprites and new clothes

• Lucas → new character, new full body sprites

New CGs:

• 1 new CG for Matt → easy to get

• 2 new CGs for Diego → both a bit harder to get and both are connected to a way you get to talk with him alone.

• 2 new CGs for Harry → these are the hardest. You also need to speak with him alone, but something else must be done (or not) as well.

• 1 new CG for Lucas → new character, should be easy to get this one ;)

New Scenes and Backgrounds 8 new stadium backgrounds were added, 4 new bedrooms (thanks Alex), plus 8 other backgrounds were added for storytelling reasons. For a total of 20 new backgrounds.

GUI Update

Textbox

• Textbox update with a more informative and adaptive design

• Introduction of a coin overlay

• New, more elegant quick menu integrated into the bar

Combat

• New combat GUI with customized bars and new buttons
